Next Up: A new place! Miller Property County Park
Saturday, July 20th, gather at 10:45am at the Felton Faire shopping center for carpooling.
Miller Property County Park is a small, fairly unknown park along Kings Creek near the town of Boulder Creek. The county is cautious about encouraging visitors to the area, so it is not listed on many maps. On a few maps, it is listed as ‘unknown park.’ There are no marked parking areas. No picnic tables. It is very quiet there.
Becuse of the “no marked parking areas” thing, we will be carpooling. Meet at the parking lot at Felton Faire / Safeway, nearest Graham Hill Rd., facing the bull across the street at Covered Bridge Park.

Bring water and a snack to share. Masks are encouraged, but not mandatory.
We walk in silence on the way in – doing so brings Nature so much closer to us, as we take in not only the sights, but the sounds and even smells of a nice country walk.
At a turnaround spot we will rest and share food.
Then we gab like magpies all the way back. It’s always a great time.
Check ahead to make sure the walk is happening! Poor weather may cancel a walk. Send an email to info@communityseed.org or leave us a voicemail at (831) 469-0336
Please join us, and if you have any semi-secluded spots you’d like us to explore (nothing too strenuous), please let us know!
